Pepperoni Pizza Casserole



*Ingredients:

°1 pound pasta tie
°1 lb light pork sausage
°1 Large Medium Chopped Onion
°2 (26 ounces) spaghetti sauce (used Bertoli mushroom and garlic)
°1 pound cooked pork
°1/2-1 pound of pepperoni slices
°3 bags (8 ounces) of grated mozzarella
°6 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
°2 tbsp chopped garlic
°1 teaspoon oregano dried


*Methods 

1. Cook the pasta in boiling water until cooked.
2. Cook the sausages, garlic powder and oregano with the onions until the juices are cooked.
3. In a slightly greased 9 × 13 × inches 3, pour a small amount of sauce to gently coat the bottom.
4. Layer components in the order below.
5. First layer 1/3 pasta, 1/3 remaining sauce, 1 bag mozzarella, 2 tbsp parmesan cheese, sausages and onions.
6. Second layer 1/2 remaining pasta, 1/2 remaining sauce, 1 bag of mozzarella, 2 tbsp parmesan cheese, pork.


7. The third layer of the remaining pasta, all the remaining sauce, 1 bag of mozzarella, 2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese, all pepperoni (covers the top entirely with pepperoni).
8. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes.
9. Leave for 5 minutes before serving.
