Southern Beans With Smoked Turkey Necks & Potatoes



*Ingredients:

°2lb fresh green beans washed and manicured
°1 pound smoked turkey legs
°64 oz water, chicken broth or turkey broth
°1 tbsp chopped garlic
°1 Medium Chopped Onion
°4-5 medium clumsy potatoes peeled and chopped
°2 teaspoons salt seasoning
°1 teaspoon ground black pepper


*How to make

Start by putting smoked turkey in a large pot.
Pour the stock or water into the pot, then raise the heat to a high temperature.
Let the turkey cook until gentle and soft, then remove from the pot. Make sure the liquid is not discharged from the pot. We'll use it!
Cut or cut turkey meat. Make sure you remove all the bones and skin.
Now throw green beans, smoked turkey, onion and garlic into the pot with liquid.
Sprinkle the spices and stir the ingredients.
Cook for 10 minutes, then add the potatoes.
Cook until everything is gentle and fluffy, or cook according to your preference.
Serve and enjoy with corn bread
