Beef Liver and Onions

*Ingredients:

°1⁄4 cup of flour

°1 lb beef liver

°1⁄4 - 1⁄2 a glass of butter

°1⁄2 teaspoon salt

°1⁄8 teaspoon pepper

°Oil at will

°1-2 tbsp fresh chopped sage

°2 cups onion sliced into thin slices

°1⁄2 cup of beef broth

°1 tbsp chopped Italian parsley

°1⁄4 cup of dry white wine

*Instructions

First, you want to take a bag, put the flour, pepper and salt together there.

Cut the liver into pieces of about half an inch, then place in the bag, shake until covered. This will help mute the taste of this.

Get a frying pan, and from there heat about 3 tablespoons of butter, along with a little oil, from there, you want to fry onions on a medium to high level, so that it is nice and soft. You should see a little glitter on this.

Once you see it, you want to take the onion, put it inside a plate, and from there, also sprinkle the onion with some pepper and salt.

Heat about 4 tablespoons of butter with a small dash of oil to the pan as well.

Add the liver and cook for 5 minutes or so, until this dish starts to brown.

Once the cooking is finished, place the onions directly on the pan, heat with the liver as well.

Take the liver and onion and put it in a dish. Use broth and wine to remove this, and from there, you want to make sure you reduce the liquid in this so that it creates a nice, thick sauce that really gives you something to enjoy with this.

Take the liver, put it on the serving plate, then add the onion to this too. Add the sauce you just made, then add a little parsley to decorate, and then you can serve it!

Enjoy !!
