Strawberry-cheesecake




+ Ingredients:


°1 pack (8 ounces) soft cream cheese

°1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream

° 1/2 cup cold milk

°1 pack (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix

° 1 Can (12 oz) frozen whipped and melted

° 1-1/2 cup butter-flavored biscuits (about 38 biscuits)

° 1/4 cup melted butter

°2 tins (21 ounces each) of strawberry pie filling.


* Methods:


In bowl, whisk the cream cheese to smooth. Whisk the sour cream; Mix well.

In  bowl, whisk the milk & dessert at low speed for 2 mn. Stir in the cream cheese mixture. Fold in the top of the vibration.

In a small bowl, mix the biscuits and butter.

2-1/2-qt. Trivial bowl, half a layer of cream cheese mixture, crumbs and pie filling. Repeat the layers. Put it in the fridge until serving.
