Blueberry-Sour-Cream

 

Blueberry-Sour-Cream-Coffee-Cake*

* Ingredients : 

+Combination #1

°1 cup butter or ghee

°2 cups of sour cream

°2 cups of sugar

°4 eggs

+Mix #2

°3 cups of flour

°3 teaspoons baking powder

°1 teaspoon of baking soda

°1 cup brown sugar

°1 1/2 cups or more blueberries

°1 teaspoon cinnamon

Mix the ingredients for mixture #1 well with a mixer

Add mixture #2 and mix gently

Put the mixture into a greased 9 x 15 inch skillet

Add decorations

Bake in a preheated 350° oven for about 1 hour on the middle rack

* It can also be baked in a tube mold
