Strawberry bombs recipe




ingredients


300g (2 cups) flour


1 egg


45g (1/4 cup) sugar


° a pinch of salt


° 7 grams of dry yeast


140ml (3/5 cup) hot milk


40g (1/4 cup) softened butter


+ for decoration:


° whipped cream


° chopped strawberry


° sugar granules

In  bowl, mix sugar, yeast, also milk and stir until dissolved.


Beating eggs. Adding flour and salt and start kneading the dough with a spoon. Then keep kneading with your palms until you get an elastic dough.


Adding the soft butter also continue kneading until the butter is properly blended into the dough.


Form a ball out of the dough, cover it with a tea towel or plastic wrap, and let it rise for an hour.


Divide the dough into eight elements and roll each right into a ball. Cover and let stand for 30 minutes.


Flatten each ball slightly and roll it straight into a ball again. Cover and allow to rest every other 30 minutes.


Frying the balls in warm oil on low heat for 2-3 min on each side.


Barely cooling and cut by 1/2 lengthwise, like burger bun.


Top half with whip cream also chop strawberries, substitute close 1/2, sprinkling with powder sugar also serving
